The brief: Create in-process and hero shots for 100 molecular gastronomy recipes with an upscale, moody aesthetic
The solution: I worked with Michelin-starred chefs in a food lab-turned-photo-studio to create hundreds of images for the book. We shot using continuous light to capture both stills and video.
